That depends on how bet it is. Find a body shop with a frame machine. Frames get straightened all the time. It just depends how bad the frame is bent.

depends on the make and model

Usually it is. Depends on how bent and what the car's worth. And the insurance company.

If it's an old car yes. A new car with high value might be worth repairing. Insurers work on a figure of 60-70% of the car's value.
參考: I used to have a company BMW that got T-boned when it was 3 months old. The frames were bent but it was straightened on hydraulic jigs.

There are ways to try and fix it, but it may be insanely expensive, and it can also cause other parts to not function properly.

My philosophy is: as long as a frame isn't bent or rotted away, you can keep repairing a car.

no

Maybe, depends on if the car's value can support a few thousand dollars of frame/body straightening.

It depends on the car. Is it new? will it cost more to repair than pay out for another one?

most likely, not really the right thing to do straighten high tensile steel the way the car is designed to fold up in an accident it wont adsorb the shock next time.
