I wouldn't waste my money on a $200k car.
I'd buy a Mazda 3 and use the rest of the money to buy a house.
I would not spend anywhere near that amount of money on a vehicle. A vehicle is a depreciating asset and as such is not a good investment I would take $10k and use it to buy a several year old lower mileage vehicle, put the rest of the money into a investment that would pay me.

If i have 200k in my pocket than i will have the only option to buy used card in this range.

i would buy an infiniti qx30 and use the rest either to pay off debts, invest in the stock market, or give some to my family who'd need it...

200K would leaveyou short to buy some cars.
I would buy a Subaru WRX STI and pocket the rest.

I would buy a land rover discovery between 1994 and 2001 that runs on either diesel or electric

Wouldn't buy just one, because I wouldn't drop 200K on a single vehicle. Likely would buy two or three cars and a few motorcycles. For a car I wouldn't spend more than 50-60 grand on any one(probably not even that), for the motorcycles no more than 10K each. I would probably end up building my own car as one of the vehicles, such as a AC Cobra kit car or something similar.
it's not enough for a mclaren. I'd get a tesla and keep the change.
I would buy a c class mercedes amg or a bmw 5 series 2016 or maybe a s class
A Prius, and would put the rest of the money toward retirement. Cars are just things that allow us to trade frustration for mobility. I get the impression you have never owned a car or you would be very aware of that.
I had a Lotus for six years when I was a bachelor. I have had my fill of being responsible for a demanding car.
