What the **** is wrong with my head?

I'm extremely paranoid most of the time. I always think that someone is watching from somewhere and that people can read my mind. I hear people speak to and say name (it's always sort of muffled) but nobody actually says anything. I believe that people are plotting against when I know that they probably aren't. I feel detached from some people and could probably watch them die horribly and not give a ****. What in the hell is wrong with me?

Please do talk with a licensed mental health professional about the symptoms of feeling paranoid, believing that others can read your mind, feeling detached, and hearing people speak (who are not there). It's crucial that you talk with a board-certified psychiatrist, especially in case medication is recommended.
