急~~~幫忙中翻英呀?

兩年前,我的外婆因為生病,所以住進醫院裡,小時候父母親工作忙，都會將我送到外婆家，給外婆照顧，所以我跟外婆有著深厚的情感，每到假日時我都會跟著媽媽去醫院探望她照顧她，有一天晚上，我睡覺時夢見我外婆，她摸著我的頭，一直對著我笑，之後我就醒過來了，之後得知外婆在醫院裡過世的消息，我很難過的流下眼淚，頓時明白他是來跟我道別的。

About two years ago, my grandmother-in-law was hospitalized due to illness. Previously, as I could remember that my parents sent me to her while they were busy during my childhood as the result we had built up good relationships with each other. Owing to that, it was very often, I followed my parents to the hospital looking after her in holidays. It was being happened one night, she touched my head and smiling towards me while in my dream; then, I woke up. After that, I heard about her death in the hospital and feeling very sorry even crying, then I knew that she made her farewells. Yip
