Will this get me shredded?

I am am 5'7, 14 years old, male, and weight about 120 pounds. Also, I plan to do weight training 5-6 days a week.

I was going to eat 40 percent carbs, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat. Thanks!

As a beginner there is no reason for you to be in the gym 5 days per week. Check out a program called ICF 5x5, it is a solid foundation for the first year (or even two) of lifting.

Eat healthy. Lots of fruits and vegetables, try to avoid too much processed stuff and sweets, plenty of protein. And eat a lot. Overall calories are more important than macros at this point, the percentages you've given are fine. Also make it a point to get plenty of sleep, at least 8 hours per night, 9 if you can swing it.
