I read in a package that Puff pastry is 389 kcal. in 100 grams. But 100 grams is how many medium pastries? Like 2 medium ones?

If the package doesn't tell you that 100 g equates to approx "X" number of pastries, then you'll need to weigh them. For example, the almonds I buy say a serving is 1 ounce (or approx 28 nuts). That way I don't have to weigh them out to get a serving, I can just count out a serving or partial serving of nuts.

That information should be on the package labeling.

100g isn't any pastries... it's a weight, not a food... you would have to weigh the pastries...

the only way to really know how much 100 grams is is to use a food scale...

You would have to weigh them and do some math to get the exact calorie count.

Should be on the package, and the caloric value is for the dough, ONLY.

Never mind the toppings/filling.

The bread is probably the least caloric part.
