Makeup for Grade 9?

Next year I'm starting in grade 9/9th grade and I was wanting to start wearing makeup to school. I have never worn makeup to school (ever) but on the weekends I have always done a full on look complete with red lipstick, lashes and massive black cat eyes. I don't really know what makeup to wear so... help??!!

Highlighter (ELF Glow), Mascara (Black), Liquid black eyeliner (I like ELF, NYC, or LA Colors but buy MAC Liquidlast if u need waterproof), concealer (LA Girl) & lipgloss (MAC Lipglass or wetnwild megaslicks) a little translucent powder on your t-zone (MAC Blot powder is awesome) don't forget to use an eyelash curler & pack blot papers in ur bag if you tend to get shiny mid-day/evening.

Keep it simple. I always did mascara, eyeliner and lipgloss. No need to do the full makeup.
