I live in Texas, I m visiting Hawaii for a week. Are there extra charges from AT&T for texting/internet/instagram/snapchat in Hawaii? Thanks?

You have to ask your phone plan.

Well Hawaii is a STATE so if your plan includes texting and internet or wifi then no extra charges.
