Are there any RULES on YA?

Do the rules exist? of course they do?

Does Yahoo currently do anything about the people flagrantly breaking them, and then BRAGGING about breaking them?

There are community guidelines, but with the lil' juvenile delinquent kiddies out of school,posting porn photos and pimping type questions, it's hard for them to keep up.

There are rules but the place is mostly self policing. So if people don't report the problems they don't get fixed.

As Grinch said, there are rules but since the management on this site is poor those rules don't get enforced.

No one pays attention to the guidelines and if you point out to them their breaking a guideline you'll get reported by a level 7 user (trusted reporter) who selectively uses that power to delete content he doesn't like.

10 11 and 9 year old's aren't suppose to be on YA but there are lots of them people post pornographic and racist questions and answers to me it's disturbing what those kids are being exposed to.

1.Level 1's can ask 5 questions and answer 20 questions a day
2.Level 2's can ask 10 questions and answer 60 questions a day
3.Level 3's can ask 15 questions and answer 120 questions a day
4.Level 4 through 7's can ask 20 questions a day and answer 160 questions a day
5.Level 1 is 0 to 249 points
6.Level 2 is 250 points to 999 points
7.Level 3 is 1000 points to 2499 points
8.Level 4 is 2500 to 4999 points
9.Level 5 is 5000 points to 9999 points
10.Level 6 is 10000 points to 24999 points
11.People under 13 are not permitted to go on Yahoo Answers
12.Spamming questions and answers are not allowed
13.Any questions and answers involving pornography is not allowed
14.Any questions and answers involving hardcore violence is not allowed
15.Highly offensive questions and answers relating to race,religion,sexism,etc. is not allowed
16.Questions and answers that are harmful to users is not allowed
17.Chat questions and answers are not allowed
18.Non questions and answers are not allowed
19.You can choose best answer only after 60 minutes have passed
20. Behave accordingly or you will get flagged or terminated(which is actually very rare these days)
21.Until you have reached 25000 points,you can not move other users questions.
22.Level 7 is 25000 points and up.
