Windows is an operating system - it could be on an incredibly slow and nasty machine or and ultra-fast gaming system...

Compare specific makes and models, or give a budget price.

Also say _what_ you want you want to use it for (writing notes & documents, web browsing, business, gaming etc.) - and if you want a desktop or laptop.

The hardware requirements change drastically with the type of use you want it for.

That is like asking which is the better car, Ford of Chevy.
It all comes down to a matter of personel opinion.
