Okay so I was molested at a young age of around 8 ish and I was forced to suck his dick and I'm 18 now, and all I get are regular lip cold sores here and there, do I have an std? And could I get an std from having sex with a girl that hasn't fooled around and neither have I?

Cold sores rarely come from giving oral sex. Also cold sores are not considered to be an std as you can get them with out having sex.
You more likely got cold sores from being innocently kissed by a close friend or family member that gets cold sores when you were a child say 8 ish.
