How do I eliminate water spots from my chrome faucet?

Providing the chrome can be cleaned up, using some good car wax on them every month will go a long way at keeping those water spots at bay.
To clean the chrome faucet, use plain white vinegar, let it soak on any mineral build up, rinse, then use dish soap & water for the final wash, then rinse and buff dry with a towel. Now put the car wax on.
