Anxiety Q?

I have been told multiple times that I have really high anxiety and it wasn't until after all the people told me that that I started to have really shaky hands (so shaky that I couldn't even hand money over at a shop) but I was thinking that maybe it's all in my head and I don't actually have anxiety since the shaking didn't start until AFTER I was told. Could I be right?

it could be, your mind is pretty powerful. just like if u thought u looked bad one day, and a bunch of people told you you looked good, you'd probably see yourself look better. if u just have shakey hands but no other symptoms of anxiety (like overthinking) then i dont think thats anxiety....
