If I rented without lease for over a year, renting month to month, do I get a 60 day notice to vacate instead of 30? Thanks!?

Yes. California law requires the landlord to give a 60 day notice if you've lived there for 1 year or more.

depends on your state housing laws, most require 30 days, Calif requries 60

Yes, since you are in CA

To get a 60 day eviction notice is a bonus, even a thirty, I would think considerate landlords allow at least thirty days any more good for you.

No. You get just 30 days or one month.

In California a landlord or property manager would be required to give you a written notice to vacate your rental unit based on the number of years you have resided in your rental unit.

This would be determined on if you are being evicted for a lease or lease violation or committing illegal acts in the rental unit.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

It does not matter if you had a 1 year lease or were month to month. California requires the landlord to give 60 days notice if you were there longer than a year.

if the original lease had a 60 day notice period, then yes. If there was no lease, then state law decides, which is usually 30 days
