It depends on the card. Here's the ranking right now:

The 1070, 980 Ti, and Titan X (Maxwell) are almost exactly the same in terms of performance. The 980 and 1060 6GB are almost exactly the same. The 960 and 1050 Ti are almost exactly the same.

It's as least 1 better.

What cards are you talking about? NVIDIA? Which line of cards? GeForce, or something else?
