Tell me how t unlock my hard drive?

I didn't know how my Hard Drive got locked, but now my Lap Top isn't loading the Desk Top. It loads the Bios menu instead.

Change the boot sequence to be your hard disk. Reboot. If no better, replace the harddisk or laptop.

There is no such thing as a locked hard drive.
Your hard drive has crashed and is faulty. You may be able to remove the Drive and connect it as an external hard drive to a USB port on a good working computer and run CHK Disk on it.
