Buzzing sound from laptop?

I just got a laptop built and I'm hearing this weird faint buzzing sound coming from it. When I plug headphones into my laptop, I can hear the buzzing sound coming through my headphones. It's really annoying and I don't know why it's doing that. My old laptop did the same thing, but I figured it was just because my old laptop was a piece of crap. But my current laptop is pretty nice. So I'd just like to know if this is a normal thing with all laptops, or if it means there is something wrong with mine or a setting I need to adjust with the audio or something. Thanks.

Also, even when I don't have headphones plugged in, I can still hear the sound.

I tried muting my laptop to see if that would help, but I still heard the buzzing. And someone said it could be the hard drive, but I have a solid state drive so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. Like I don't know if those could make a buzzing sound. This person actually has the same problem as me and they uploaded the sound to this link: https://soundcloud.com/vus-klin-tron/laptop-noise So if you could just copy and paste the link, then you can hear the exact sound my laptop makes.

that's either interference/noise from junk speakers/audio card
or
coil whine from capacitors
both of which cant be fixed.
