How do I get my parents to let me have therapy?

I had therapy for a few weeks because of my anxiety attacks but my parents claimed it was inconvenient for them so they stopped it. Now, I'm cutting and considering suicide and I don't want to stop feeling like this because before, I felt numb. Maybe it's SAD of Bipolar but I feel like I need to be diagnosed so I can feel better. IDK tho... (Sorry for the long paragraph)
更新1:

They do not know about the depression and my father is a social worker and my mother is a clinical psychiatrist.

UK answer.

There's no minimum age to see a doctor and arrange your own health care; at 16 you're an adult in the eyes of the NHS. If you want to see a mental health team for an assessment, diagnosis and treatment then see your GP and get a referral. Your parents have no right to know that you're in treatment or what treatment you're receiving.

Bipolar is a severe mental illness and no psychiatrist will diagnose it in someone under the age of 18. Even an adult wouldn't be diagnosed in one session and the psychiatrist or a psychiatric nurse appointed to you would need to witness manic or hypomanic symptoms over a period of time to make a diagnosis.

If by SAD you mean seasonal affective disorder then your GP can prescribe antidepressants to you if you're an adult or if you're a minor you'll be referred to child and adolescent mental health services for talking therapies instead.

If you ever feel that you're a danger to yourself you need to either call 999 for an ambulance or make your own way to A&E. You'll be assessed by the mental health crisis team and they can provide intense support in your own home until you're through this crisis. Suicidal ideation or even a failed suicide attempt rarely results in hospitalisation any more.

If you are having anxiety attacks, cutting yourself and considering suicide, you need help ASAP. I would call a mental health facility in your area and ask them for help. You can stay there free of cost if you have to.

It s great that you re looking for support. It s hard to deal with those kind of thoughts on your own. Getting back into therapy is a great place to go to get more help. But in the mean time, you can find things to do to distract yourself from those thoughts in a healthy way. Maybe you can go for a walk, find a new hobby, get caught up on chores, those kinds of things. It won t fix the anxiety but it can help you stay safe.
If you do start to have suicidal thoughts and you don t think you ll be safe, it s important that you call someone to help, maybe a hotline or 911. Just know that you aren t alone.
