For the USA, there are hundreds of CC across the country.
Further from the city and out into the country you can find cheap apartments for rent, lower cost of living. . Problem is these CC can be small and not offer the best education. Plus you will be far from an airport for travel. They won't have public transportation.
What are you going to do after being at a CC for two years? Will you have the funds to complete a Bachelor degree at a university?

I live northwest of Chicago. Apartments near Harper Jr. college (an excellent CC) are about $1200 for a one bedroom. Just a 40 minute drive further west to McHenry County Community College (small school) you can find one bedroom apartments for half that .
