Cockroaches in car?

I just baught a used car, everything seemed really nice but i missed a spot to look inside the car. My brother looked closer at the interior and noticed a piled of something and thought it was raisins, he looked closer and noticed there was a bunch of dead cockroaches mixed with cockroach eggs! Im so upset and disgusted! The guy who sold it won't respond and im now stuck with this mess. I havnt seen any alive ones just a bunch of dead ones. Its very cold outside and snowy. If there are any alive will they die in the cold or will those eggs hatch in the cold?

Vacuum out the entire area where the eggs were spotted and also spray with a bug spray just in case the vacuum didn't get all of them.

If it's cold enough to snow, the eggs won't hatch ( assuming the car is not left in a heated garage ).

vacuum them out. no they won't hatch in the cold

Fire is a great way to get rid of all cockroaches ;)

Seriously though vacuum the whole interior and the trunk.
