I am really skinny and want to put on weight as I am very worried about my health. I will most likely only eat 1 or 2 meals a day and usually never even finish them as I am just not hungry during most of the day. I haven't eaten breakfast in about 4 or 5 months because when I wake up I am not hungry. I have tried to force myself to eat but I just end up feeling very sick.
Is there any other ways that I can make myself hungrier?
