Best place in the US/Canada for students?

Where is the best place for students in North America?? Most schools have basically the same price (community colleges) but what about the area? Where is the best place? I don't care about the weather or anything. I would live anywhere if it's cheap.

Community colleges do not have remotely the same price in any area.
And if you are an out of state student, the prices are even a greater variance.

then go to a real college. community college is horrible. go to the best college you can get into and move. stay out of red states (states that vote Republican). they are terrible places to live.
