I want to do CSS , Will i be capable?

Im just 13 right now,female. I want to do CSS the foreign service of Pakistan. I sont know much about CSS , please give some details and what should i start doing in order to acheive great marks in the future? I know this is too soon but still.

Since you don't know much about the CSS, maybe start with learning more about it, before deciding on what direction your life is supposed to take.
