God created everything.

There never was a big bang. The universe has existed for eternity and never had the moment of creation that the big bang theory suggests. There are a number of notable astronomers who concur — some of them give their views in this documentary which you may find interesting...

It's a mute point whether Einstein invented Spacetime , or discovered it

Where was everything at before the big bang?

The energy of the singularity at the beginning of time would be consistent with the aggregate energy of the previous Universe. And we do not know the relationship between values, from one Universe to its subsequent Universe. We can faithfully report energy can't be destroyed nor created. Is energy left over or left behind? The pleroma, the vestigial nature of the Universe...the utterly pure time, absent space...may need energy to tick forthwith, and naturally sucking up some of the energy of the previously extant time scale. For the alleged and immediate need must allow it to enter, to manifest in the current Universal as tachyons---or 'tachygons'
