Do universities ask for all three science courses? ( Biology, Chemistry and Physics)?

Are you asking which course will be required in university? It depends on your major, I study Aerospace Engineering and I don't have to take Bio.

I've never seen this as a condition of graduation. It's often one science class with lab.
