請英文高手幫我解答，關於英文文法?

嚴格而言，你的句子比例句更正確，因為原意的兩句分別是：
Do you know? 你知不知/你知否...
When will he come? 他將會何時來到?

但例句變為：
When do you think he will come?
第一把問題的重點由"你知不知"變為了"何時"，另外亦把"問你知不知"的意思變為you think"你認為/覺得"他將會何時來到，而不是問你"可否確知"他何時會來到。

無論在英語或中文的意義上都是不同的。

但你的句子：
Do you know when he will come?
沒有改變原兩句的獨立意思(你知不知)+(他將何時來到)，並且你懂得把第二問句的When will he在組合句中變為敘述句表達要問的內容，是英語慣用常用的講法，完全正確。

另外你還懂得反問自己把"When will he come?"在結合後改成when he will come是否有錯或者是否維持when will he come證明你有了解英語的自學能力。答案是不能維持when will he come的，因為在一句問題句中你要確定你的問法/問的主題是甚麼，不是把兩個問題句連合便可以。

我認為問的主題是問對方"知否"某種未知的情況(Do you know "something" will happen? If you know, when?，而不是把問句變為已知情況而問方事情將怎樣出現(Can you to tell me when will "something" happen?) 。

最後補充一句，每種語文句意都可以有超過一種說法的嘛，懂得基本文法後便要多讀書多看實際人的講法/語法/詞彙/句式，便不要擔心，很多當今的名人都是自學英語的。
