Well you could get hemorrhoids however it would not be due to the sharpie or what you did. Typically it takes something else to cause them.

Do not stick things up your butt unless they are made for that. A sharpie can slip inside and get stuck, then you have to go to the ER and have it removed surgically. Go and buy a sex toy that is made for that. Also, you might have torn something in your anus or colon which can be deadly.
