求各位幫幫手，我朋友初犯，在公園比差人搜到冰毒連袋1點6，差人問佢咩黎唧，朋友說冰品，自己食的，我朋友又好清楚交代成件事情，又肯話比差人知個毒販係邊度，我個朋友真係一時唔解，比d壞朋友影響，我想問大家個官會點樣判佢？佢又死左老豆，老母又有糖尿病，佢真吾可以坐，屋企仲要等佢養。?

上訴庭對冰毒的判刑指引，10克以下: 3 - 7年監禁，各級法院都要劃一遵從；上文所說的情況全不是求情理由，要有心理準備。
