我每天都乘港鐵，但我每次聽到英文廣播：
eating and drinking is not allow in the train and the paid area of the station.
但我記得深圳地鐵一號線的英廣播用被動式
按照我老師教我，是否應是：
eating and drinking is not allowed in the train and paid area of the station
但無論港鐵廣播和資訊顯示都無使用被動式都係 is allow ，ed不見了。
需然我英文不合格，但我對英文有認識
深圳地鐵的英文好過港鐵？

paid=the past tense and past participle of PAY.Past participle act as an adjective;eg:-paid area.passive-the passive form of a verb,eg:-"is not allowed" in the sentence "eating and drinking "is not allowed" in the train.

係allowed，只不過係英語的allow"d"輕音，我估你以為中文式英語讀allow"突"才是正確。
英語有很多ed都是"t"輕音，因為從詞句的文理已直覺明白是"ed"。回去問問小學六年級時的英語老師怎樣讀輕聲ed或英語人聽到甚麼。
