How do i return a item I bought online?

I bought a top from pretty little thing to only realise it was too small. I've never returned items before online and I'm having difficulty understanding the process. Will I need to go to the post office and they return it for you. Do I have to buy a box or package paper to put the item in then send it? I've never done this before so can someone please explain how I return items, especially back to pretty little thing.com

If you didn't find a returns label in your package, then you can print one off from the website. Wrap your parcel (you can reuse the packaging it was sent in using extra sellotape), put on the returns label and take it to the post office. Assuming you are in the UK, postage is free. In around 21 days you should get a refund.

No, we cannot explain it. Every seller has its own policy for returns. You will have to go to their website and read their return policy. They may send you a return label or you may have to pay to return it yourself. Padded envelopes are an inexpensive alternative to a box for items of clothing and other non-breakables.
