Are we often rude without noticing?

I easily notice when others are rude towards me, but don't when it's the other way round. I find it annoying when somebody doesn't understand what you're saying and gives you the looks as if you're crazy.

i think the speed of everyday life nowadays means that we are not often explaining ourselves fully because we are not prepared to stop and linger unless we have made a date in advance to share time over coffee etc. by the same token we don't wait for the speaker to finish before responding.

Sometimes and I hate that I accidentally did it but some people are intentionally rude

Many people think I'm rude, I don't think I am. Almost everybody thinks I'm crazy. Yes, it is very annoying.

yes self awareness seems to be lacking in a lot of people
