How do I connect my PS4 to my 2016 direct tv box because my tv is a old insignia tv and I don t have enough money to buy extra parts?

you need a converter. hdmi to composite.

You don't. A DirecTV box doesn't do video passthrough.
It's time for a new TV. The PS4 is designed to work with HD TVs only, and even if you did convert the video it'd look like crap on a standard definition TV.
