I am currently a junior in high school in the US but my family is moving out of the country next year. When I apply to colleges, do I get to apply as an international student?
更新1:

I'm applying to colleges in which it is beneficial to be an international student (such as Brown)

If you are a US citizen or permanent resident, you apply as a domestic student, no matter where you live in the world. This is about your citizenship, not about where you live. For example, here, BU defines who is an international student:

If you're talking about applying to USA colleges, you'd HAVE to. That's not a good thing.
