I m being falsely accused of being a rapist?

I m 16 and a girl at my school accused me of raping her. It became so overbearing my own family believes her. Evem after she confessed to lying about it.e everyone still labels.me aa a rapist as she walks around playing a victim. How can I move on from this?

With the support of your parents, you should sue her (her parents, actually), for slander. This kind of accusation is always damaging to the alleged rapist, even if he is completely innocent, and he may never recover his reputation. You may actually have to relocate to completely put it behind you. Good luck.

Can you file charges against her for it? Tell her you will unless she offers an apology, preferably a public apology such as fb or some place that people will see it. She needs her @ss kicked.

sue her, her family, and anyone who supported her. Take them for everything they own, kick them to the curb. Laugh heartily.

Its a very awfull thing to do. She should learn a lesson or two about the concequences of japping crap.
In the mean time try to ignore comments or say that its really getting old.

The only way you get over this is report her to the police for filing a false police report and then sue her and her family in court

Not an awful lot you can do about it, sorry. These accusation ruin lives, rightfully so when true but when not, they still do a pretty good number on one.
