I'd say Return of the Jedi. Anakin is a good guy again and there's Ewoks. I love happy endings. And then it goes to hell in #7 (waste of money). Although I do like there's a movie with a female lead with a lightsaber.

I grew up watching the first three, first in grainy, overused VHS tapes then in horrifically "redone" scenes.
Episode 1 has a ton of critics but to me that was the long-awaited, "modernized" Star Wars movie and Darth Maul's martial arts and that Gungan battle were awesome.
Attack of the Clones was too long. The 3rd one wrapped everything up too quickly but was alright.
"Phantom Menace" is my fav.
