I WAS PISSED OFF AT MY DAD AND HE CAME HOME VERY ANGRY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Today my dad made my mum sad so I got pissed and said mean and disgusting stuff in whisper tone. He came home very mad, he made his own tea, he put the stuff away which he barely does and he was doing it really angrily. I don't know if he heard what I said, I really really regret what I said so much, I love him but sometimes he gets me really mad and pissed.

Sometimes people need time to calm themselves down. If you do suspect he is pissed at you, try and talk to him and apologize if he is. Perhaps he is just angry from the heat of the moment and you need to give him some time. If you talk to him and he speaks to you in a angry tone, he may be angry at you so apologize if he is. Try and talk to him, and slow things down. I think that could help.
