Can you provide more info? Why were the teeth cut? Have you consulted the vet since and let him know what is happening?

Update: I went to another vet who told me the rabbits teeth were misshapen from the trimming. He also put my rabbit under sedation and saw that the poor thing had a blister and a couple infections inside his mouth. He fixed all his teeth so now his teeth won't but cutting into the inside of his cheek which was maybe the reason he wasn't eating. The other vet charged me 70 bucks to misshapen his teeth and didn't let me know all the other problems my baby had. I won't pursue legal action because the lawyer fees will be too much but lesson to anybody out there always do your research and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Vets that would undertake such oral work pretty much know what they are doing.
I doubt there is any justification for litigation.
Your bunny is going to have sore teeth for a couple days before it will start eating solid foods again, so you need a little patience. If your bunny can't eat, after 48 hours, you might consult the vet and you can try feeding a formula like kitten milk replacer with an eye dropper or syringe. If your bunny won't drink water, it may even need an electrolyte like pedialyte to prevent dehydration. Works well mixed with a little formula for taste.

Animal cruelty. Unless there's a real reason why he cut them so badly, cruelty would be the answer.
