i'd defrost it first if i were you. i've cooked a whole chicken after wiping it with soy sauce in an oven roasting bag or a casserole dish in the micro. takes about twenty five minutes.

you should be cooking frozen chicken at all. sure you can but what you end up with is the outside of the chicken horribly over cooked and the inside possibly not done to a proper temperature.

Not one that would be worth eating, imo, over a preferred method, out of a bag, thawed in the fridge, buttered, seasoned, wrapped in foil, with a few slits cut, and not the meat, and baked in an oven for about an hour, with the last 10-15 min., unwrapped to brown the top.
