No.

I thinks it's common but I would never allow it.

lip gloss and mascara are fine bb cream and powder maybe for special occasions. but are fine as long as its not too much.

not really imo. but if you're going to do it then do it VERY VERY lightly

If that's what you want to do, go for it :) Many 7th and 8th graders start to wear makeup too, so it's a good age to start with the basics.

it is if your parents are okay with it
