why do teens die in there sleep?

A lot of teens are dying because they OD on energy drinks which can be very hard on your heart and other organs. They also mix energy drinks and K2, this can be distastes as both can put a ton of stress on you heart and body.

Every time you see a doctor they take your blood pressure and listen to your heart. Heart problems are one of the biggest killers in developed countries around the world and they are very easy to catch! I had to have a relatively minor operation a few years ago and because I was over 50 they made me get an electro-cardiogram to see if I could handle the anesthesia!

So anyway, if you've gotten a checkup in the last couple of years, or even just been to see a doctor about something, they would tell you right away if there was anything questionable about your heart. And they'd make you take more tests.

At your age heart disease is very unusual anyway. But you're growing faster than you have in your whole life and you're going to have the occasional miscellaneous aches and pains. When you're 18 you'll be a whole new person!

The pain from anxiety attacks is similar to that of a heart attack. Get yourself medically checked.

You have no heart problems you have an ANXIETY problem. If you get help for your anxiety, your chest pain will go away.
