depends upon what kind of learner you are.
If you are a visual learner, writing it over and over works. Maybe use different cards for different parts.
If you are an audio learner (that's me!), then record it! If you record it into your phone (easy app to get if you don't already have it), and then just play it over and over, even while you sleep, you're going to know it easily.
Reading it before bed helps me memorize speeches. Also, if you write some in blue ink, you are more likely to remember it. When you are writing it out, or re-reading it to yourself, pick a specific flavor of gum (or candy), and right before or when taking the exam, chew the exact same gum. Your brain will absently remember the last time you chewed it (When you were studying), especially if it was on more than one occasion. It can jog the memory. Hope I helped.

Try googling mind maps. My daughter found them usefull when she was a student.
Gather 5 of your friends, and get 1,000 index cards. Each of you will NEATLY print 200 words on 200 cards. If that seems too much, use more than 5 friends. Upon completion of the 'flash cards', take an amount that you can handle at a time and use them as flash cards. Do this over and over. Take the cards everywhere you go. This method always helped me in college, although, I never had to make 1,000 cards. Good luck.
