What is the best Open World Game you have ever played?

That is a hard one. There are many I have played that I have enjoyed.

If I had to chose though, I would have to go with Skyrim. There are many open-world games that I love such as GTA V, Red Dead Redemption, and The Witcher 3. But when I think about the content that is actually in the game, it would be Skryim. Skryim has far more content in it than the others, so I will go with Skyrim mostly based on that.
