So, aliens, time travelers or intentional technology suicide?

We have planes and **** flying over uncontacted tribes in the Amazon. Maybe that is what happened in ancient Egypt and China and ****. Is it possible that the ancients when documenting flying craft were just advanced humanoids visiting? What if it was just humans spying on humans doing human things?? Please help shed some light I'm getting lost in trying to sort this out?
