My cat acted hurt when I took her out of the bathroom but now she's fine?

My cat is used to being picked up and handled. She's not allowed in the bathroom because she likes to make a mess. She opened a door which doesn't close properly, and I picked her up and brought her out. She twisted around, scratched me and yelped. I put her down and she started walking around like nothing happened. Is she hurt?

Give your cat some playtime with a Cat Dancer r a wand toy every day. At the present time, she thinks the bathroom is her playroom. You possibly picked her up badly.

either how you carried her was painful, but didn't cause any damage,
or she was being melodramatic, expecting more punishment/putting up a fuss at being caught
