Good question considering it used to be illegal. In my opinion yes because it has motivated the population to be far more litigious and less willing to resolve issues outside of court.

They are a business, and should be allowed to advertise like any other business.
Like any business they should be bound by false advertising laws and other requirements businesses have to meet when they advertise
