I would talk to them directly about it, it will be much more useful and get the process done quicker.
Foreign Nationals can enlist in the U.S. military through U.S. Embassies in their native countries. That will NOT guarantee U.S. citizenship, but is a foot in the door after some years of faithful service. (People from the Philippines have been doing that through the U.S. Navy for decades.) Be advised that your choice of training schools will be limited and you will not be allowed to hold a position requiring a security clearance.
Well, you're obviously either schizophrenic or addicted to heroin. No one wants to move there voluntarily.

unless one of your parents has become a us citizen and living there and shall sponsor you for a gc then it is not going to happen
You need your US citizen parent, sibling, spouse, or child over 21 years old to file form I-130 for you to get the process started.
That will get you a green card. You can enlist in the US Army with a green card.
you have to have green card to join the military
which you have little chance of getting
Which one ???
Green Card Through Family
Green Card Through a Job
Green Card Through Refugee or Asylee Status
Green Card Through Investment
Green Card Through Marriage
Unless one of your parents has become a US citizen and living there and will sponsor you for a gc then it is not going to happen
