Alright, this has happened one too many times and it's pissing me off, ALOT.
First time this happened was when my Dad asked me to give a piece of chicken to my little brother (aged like 9/10) and since my brother didn't want it I took it. And ofc, my dad kept saying give it to him so I said but he doesn't want it. So he kept saying why are you so greedy, selfish blah blah you unfortunate kid and I just gave it to my brother. And all of a sudden my dad flips out and throws my (or his I dont remember) plate of dinner everywhere on the kitchen. And shouts.
Second time was when he was in his room before going to work, so I went in to get some paper because I saw he was still awake. And it took me a while to get the paper out as it was under alot of books etc., as I was taking it out my dad just shouts out of nowhere saying CAN YOU NOT FIND IT? Keep in mind his bed is like right next to where the paper and I was so no need to shout, which is what I say. And then he just flips out saying take it quicker, you're disturbing blahblah. All he was doing was watching his stupid TV show.
Other times have happened but this will be too long so PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Also, I'm only a teenager so I dont really know what to do! Will appreciate the help!

Anger provokes more anger. Someone in this house needs to have a cool head, because there are constant irritations living with other people. It isn't easy being a teen and getting along with the adults in your home. Good practice for learning to live with room-mates in the future.....
The quickest and easiest way I can think of to deal with this is Instant Apology. Just say I'm Sorry whenever he starts to flip--- don't be sarcastic just calm. It might, sometimes, turn down some of the irritation.

The problem is not your father.... the problem is that you recently turned 13 at which time children become tiny narcissists and trouble makers. They infuriate any adult within 100 feet the claim complete innocence. Don't worry... Eventually you turn 20 and people may begin to like you again. And believe you. And maybe trust you....
