should lobbyist be against the law?

why should rich foreign countries, rich corporate companies have more access to our elected goverment than the average american? isn't this just more of the swamp that needs draining? send "our" goverment a message to stop lobbyist from buying our congressmen and women

Lobbying consists of three separate 1st Amendment rights - the right to free speech, the right to freedom of association and the right to petition government for a redress of grievances.

You would need to gut the 1st Amendment to do that.

Yeah, good luck with finding support for that.
