Do I have to payback URA on child support?

My daughter's mother and I recently ended a support order in court. We both came to a mutual agreement that we no longer needed it. After terminating it, I was served an order that would garnish my paychecks from work for the "Total Arrears Owed to DPW (Department of Public Welfare)" until it is payed off. I am currently a few paychecks away from being done paying those arrears back. My concern is, will I still have to pay more after I am done with the total arrears owed to DPW? I see an amount on the support notice they sent that shows Total Arrears Assigned to DPW equaling "X" amount and URA (Un-reimbursed Assistance) equaling to 5x the amount of the arrears. Does that mean I will still have money to repay? I'm not sure how it all works.

Here's a definition of URA
"Un-reimbursed Assistance, or URA: The total reimbursable assistance received by the family that has not been repaid."

The DPW gives itself the power to collect more if the case deems necessary since it would be a mistake to allow the parent paying to just disappear after paying the amount in arrears to rebuild the arrears debt rather than stay current. So they make the parent pay more to avoid having to purse the parent all over again. But to clarify your case, your best bet would to speak the DPW directly.
