新手, 小妹第一次做生意,租了工廠大廈,但無經驗. 工廈是頂樓連天台, 租時業主話以經新做過天台,用左40萬,亦試過水無再滲水,租了裝修時己滲水, 之後滲水情況無改善,簽約3年,己家以經過了年半,所以最近自己晒左兩萬五去搵公証行做報告要求減租, 但無回覆,我應該點做?

It really depends on what you want (stay or go).
As the landlord has the responsibility for the leaking, failure to act can be considered a constructive termination of the lease.
Regardless, it will eventually be a legal battle.
